October 16, 2012 Stephanie L. submitted an offer for a home she had been watching for a while.  An answer came long after the requested 72 hour review period.  This was but the beginning of a long frustrating time ahead for Stephanie though  her offer was accepted.  Next a new written offer was requested in order to be sure all was perfect.  24 hours before Thanksgiving that request was made.  Stephanie complied immediately only to be forced to wait once again till December 8th for a signed contract.

Delays, changes, frustrations continued to mount.  About 1/2 way through this trying period I saw Stephanie make a conscious decision.   SHE WAS GOING TO DO WHAT EVER HAD TO BE DONE to achieve her goal of buying this, her first home.  Replies, signatures, came quicker (I did not think that possible) and always with a smile.  3 extensions were needed and all were never signed by the selling bank on time.   Inexcusable and unnecessary delays from the seller were the norm not the exception.

Stephanies tenacity finally won out this last Wednesday with the purchase of her new home being recorded!  Congratulations !  And a sincere thank you for helping me to learn and grow along the way with you.  You reminded me again why I choose this business of helping people with their dreams.
