People involved with Mark should know about his honesty and forthright approach. If he needed to find out information for us he did so. If he didn’t have an immediate answer, he would inform us honestly and then would get the information. He always acted in our best interests without making us feel pressured or hurried. If he needed to investigate an issue for us he made an informed decision, he always did so. He always demonstrated great patience throughout our purchasing process. For those reasons I would recommend Mark McInnes.
