Congratulations on the recent purchase of vacant land in Paradise Valley to Butch. I enjoyed a cup of coffee with Butch and his lady on their latest trip to Bonners Ferry, North Idaho. We enjoyed some good conversation catching up since our last visit. They were having a hard time picturing snow on the ground with the mix of beautiful sunshine days and rainy weather. I had THIS VIDEO and thought now would be a fun time to post it.
You will notice I seem to be stumbling with my words. I got caught off guard with the beautiful morning sun coming over the mountain ridges. It was actually 10 degrees below zero and I was dressed for about 30 to 40 degrees above. Opppps.
