Mark represented our property when no one else would respond. It’s remote nature and lower value (netting small commissions) made it a very difficult property to represent. Mark worked with us until the we found the perfect place. It wasn’t an easy sell, basically Mom’s old and semi-run down residential property sitting in the middle of a developing commercial area which makes it difficult to get anything for the building itself. We had no experience with selling real estate and Mark was always a text or email away to answer our newbie questions without making us feel like idiots.

Mark was very supportive, patient, on track, up to the present problems, offering advise basic on the facts. Even was with me when I went to the ER for bowel obstruction. Called checking on me when I refused to be hospitalized. His patience for all the obstacles I put in his way to get my house sold is way beyond the average person in this profession. The most outstanding item is the disappointment and wear on Mark when I did not go through with the real estate selling. Sure he was hurt but did not lose control over what was going on. Helped me to get my earnest money back on the other house. In very plain words Mark is very understanding and yet lets you know how your decision effects so many people. I was most impressed by Mark’s ability to keep the process of selling our home moving forward throughout the ups, downs, challenges, etc. I also appreciated Mark’s flexibility and accessibility via email, text and phone as well as his direct communication style. I don’t plan to walk through the process again anytime soon but if I did I would recommend Mark.
