There is a BIG difference between ‘listing’ a home and ‘marketing’ it

Grizzly Gap Home (Large)A recent new listing with Rain Silverhawk and myself has had some challenges with the private road and recent heavy rains.  The seller has been very responsive in trying to maintain the road during these torrential down pours.  As we all know sometimes there is just not enough that can be done.  Mother nature has a way about her.

Rain and I decided it would be best to do a video (click here) to send agents that were wanting to see the home.  While not the most positive aspect of the home we felt it was to everyone’s advantage to know the condition ahead of time.  Showing requests remain strong and to an agent they all are appreciative of the extra effort to let them know the condition of the road.  This has been a help towards showings rather than a negative.

Here is what the seller sent to us today via text:  Also would like to say thank you.  I didn’t expect this much of a response out the gate.  Hopefully it sells ASAP.

Grizzly Gap Kitchen (Large)This is a beautiful off grid home completely self sustained.  Pond, spring, back up generators, solar, wood burning cook stove.  To walk in the home and see it, you would not believe it off grid unless shown or told. Click Here to View Listings of this special off grid home.
