Sandpoint In Town Home for Sale
Congratulations Baron! In less than 48 hours from listing his home in Sandpoint Idaho, there were multiple written offers, one of which was accepted. Presently in Escrow with plans to close in June, Baron is trying to relax just a bit from the hard work he put in prior to his Sandpoint “In Town” home for sale being activated on the MLS.
The market is very strong at the present time, no doubt about it. Unfortunately many sellers will take that as a reason to ignore the advice of the professional they have hired to sell their home. Many feel that the advice of friends, acquaintances, or professionals from other fields, is what they should listen to over that of the profession Real Estate Agent that works full time in selling and buying homes. The person they have hired to do a job for them.
Baron has been just the opposite. Asking questions and listening to the answers. Weighing them out and moving forward. Baron has had a sense of urgency with all requests made, along with being quick to adapt to changes. His reward comes, in the fact, that after his hard work he now has moved to the next stage. Escrow, rather than continued showings and interruptions while at home trying to get work done. Well done Baron.
While Baron’s home may be under contract there are more to be found with more to soon come on market. Memorial Day and Lost in the 50’s are usually turning points in desired “Home Listing” starts.
