North Idaho Rains Give Firefighters a Break – Awesome
All of the Pacific Northwest has been getting beat up with fires and smoke. North Idaho Panhandle has been part of that. To the point of a fire beginning, only days ago, in fields of populated area just a few miles north of Bonners Ferry.
Cooler temps and prediction for 50% chance of rain gave hope to all. Mid afternoon on this Sunday it came thru. And a very good rain. Firefighters will hopefully be getting a well deserved break and be able to get the upper hand on most of these local North Idaho Fires.
This is just good news all the way around. Good forturne came our way today.
