Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort – December 2, 2016 opening

83864 zip code is for Sandpoint Idaho.  Within Sandpoint Idaho’s 83864 zip code also sits Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.  With record breaking rainfall in October and continuing into November our temperatures still are a bit too warm to take advantage of all the moisture.

Schweitzer Ski Resort is planning on Opening December 2, 2016.  With the drop in temperature over the last couple of days we are seeing snow on the valley floors.  While not holding it is definitely seen as moving lower on the mountain slopes.
