Sandpoint 83864 Homes for Sale March 2018 February 2017 showed 10 homes sold with a Median Price of $415,900 and 82 days on Market.  February 2016 showed only 4 homes sold but with the median price also over $400,000. February 2018 had 12 homes sold with a median sold price of $265,000 and listed price of $283,450.00.
