Priest River Idaho Home Sold !

Bear 1st to Welcome

Priest River Home SoldEveryone can appreciate someone stopping by to say welcome to the new neighborhood.  Wendy and Adam, were thrilled their first visitor. The bear was checking the bird feeder early morning to be sure all was in order. Although from Colorado this was a first for them and I am sure not the last. Both are anxious for the work schedule to settle down a bit to enjoy their new home in North Idaho.  It took some patience and extra work but well worth while to be able to say ‘Priest River Idaho Home Sold.’ Priest River Idaho Home SoldWendy and Adam had an idea what they were looking for and we searched from Bonners Ferry to Sagle to Clark Fork to Priest River to find the home they knew was perfect the moment they walked in.  While we did not know it at the time, finding the home even with the declining inventory, was going to be the easy part. Shortly after the accepted offer was in place there was a break in at the property.  Even with the bad news everyone felt fortunate it was only the detached garage and no damage, only a few items stolen.  Both buyers and sellers moved forward without missing a step. Obstacle number 2 came in the form of frozen pipes.  Because the broken pipe was on an upper floor 3 levels had damage.  Again buyers and sellers worked with a positive attitude to resolve issues.  The biggest problem came in contractors now being busy and had a very difficult time completing work in a timely manner.  I must thank not only the sellers for their work in staying focused but also to Stephan Sommers, listing agent for C21 Riverstone, in his diligence and follow up to insure all work was completed as written. Priest River Idaho Home SoldI focus on communication in any transaction.  With ‘out of state’ buyers I am even more cognizant of its’ importance.  I feel every detail need be relayed and let the buyers decide what is ‘too much’.  It always pleases me to see I have been successful in my efforts.  A couple of lines from a recent testimonial/review confirmed just that.  Wendy and Adam wrote: Mark was extremely helpful as we were out of state buyers. He was on top of the issues we had with the house and communicated well. He took the time to go by the house when we could not and worked with our schedule when it came to scheduling closing dates etc. Adam and Wendy M.
