Off Grid Cabin ‘SOLD’ Sandpoint Idaho
As Realtors® we sometimes are fortunate to really like a property that we are asked to sell. A home or property that we see as special. Reasons that range from it’s setting, maybe a special kitchen, the entrance, or just overall feel. Such was the case, with me, at 10263 Upper Pack River Road.
Having been an expired listing the owners were doubtful of any agent being able to get the job done. I assured them that while there are no guarantee’s with selling Real Estate I did feel confident we would get this special Off Grid Cabin sold.
The River Front Cabin sold and this is what the owners had to say of my working for them:
We have bought and sold quite a few properties in North Idaho over the years. I have never had a realtor work so hard, give us such exposure, personally examine the property and do a wonderful video. Never had a realtor keep updating us weekly or more often on what he was doing to give our property exposure.
