Not your every day Jaywalker! Unless you are in Sandpoint Idaho
I must admit this is not your everyday sighting even in Sandpoint Idaho. I am betting we see it much more frequently than most anywhere else. Do keep in mind this is not on the far reaches of town. Highway 2 and Division near the Sandpoint High School and Civic Center.
And with closer inspection of picture I believe no Jaywalking is involved and moving on green light.
