Wonderful Thanksgiving Gift for Two Families – Home ‘SOLD’ Bonners Ferry Idaho
We asked for an early closing on Chinook Avenue, Bonners Ferry Idaho. The teams involved in closing the home worked close together with excellent communication to make it happen. Late Wednesday afternoon the home was funded and recorded.
Buyers were able to pick up the keys and start moving Wednesday afternoon, in time to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving dinner at their new home. With the kitchen being one of the highlights of this home, the buyers for the Chinook Street, Bonners Ferry Idaho home were quite excited.
Not all transactions are able to close early as requested so this was a very nice ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ to both the buyers and sellers.
I am very fortunate in having helped Jacob and Teri originally purchase this home and since upgrade to a larger home in Bonners Ferry Idaho. These are clients turned friends who make this business worth while. It was a nice treat being able to let them know that the house had recorded and all was complete. I never feel I am solely the one responsible for a smooth transaction. This group / team certainly confirmed many moving parts need be working together.
