Home Buyers Sometimes Need Not Look Too Hard for “Don’t Buy” Clues

The day had already been pretty hectic with 5am wake up in order to get Counter Offer typed, signed and back to sellers in hopes of getting home under contract before more viewings and interest.  From there walked 3 – Twenty acre parcels atop Ruby Ridge ( Yes that Ruby Ridge ), just out of Naples Idaho, to flag corner monuments. While returning to Sandpoint Idaho to meet with other clients, to view homes, front right breaks stuck and rotor pads were smoking hot.  Met clients 1 hour late.  Immediately headed back up to Bonners Ferry Idaho to view homes from the home search the day before.  Actually started catching up a bit and within 1 hour window for first showing.  Then it got easier from there with this rather blatant sign, at least to me anyway, that this just was not the home we were looking for. Turkey on table A courtesy walk through and we were on our way to 2nd home which we were right on schedule to see.  After leaving 2nd home and heading back to Sandpoint Idaho I received a call that my early morning work had paid off and the counter was accepted and we were under contract.  Not a bad day all in all.
