Custom Cocolalla Idaho Home has “Accepted Offer”

This gorgeous custom Cocoalla Home recently went pending in the Sandpoint Idaho area. Having seen the home on a personalized search that was being sent to them the clients called and asked if I could drive by, and preview, to give them feed back.  I have done this for many of my out of state clients, not wanting them to waste time and money in a trip up here only to find nothing like what they expected.  A few pictures and videos will usually do the trick in helping a client know if they want to view the home in person.

With this particular home the clients felt the trip would be well worth their while.  The videos and additional pictures showing the grounds and home specifics already had them sold.  They wrote the offer the same weekend they arrived.  We were able to tell them the offer had been accepted shortly after their arrival back home.

Currently the ‘pending’ status is in the inspection stages.  With motivated sellers, and buyers and a solid home I am looking forward to this home sale in the Sandpoint area making it to the finish line as planned.
